According to Ukrainian legislation, all foreign citizens having intention to be employed in Ukraine must have a valid employment permit (work permit).
Work permit for a certain foreign citizen is issued to an employer company for a period of up to 1 year. In case of his dismissal by this employer, the work permit loses its validity and has to be returned to the appropriate state employment center. In such a case the labour activity of this person with another employer company will be possible only on condition that the new employer obtains a new employment permit for this particular person. We draw your attention that according to the position of Ukrainian state employment authorities, labour activity of a certain foreign citizen for two or more employers is not permitted. Accordingly, this certain person may not receive several work permits for several employers.
Labour activity without a work permit is the reason for fining of the employer company and the guilty foreign citizen is the subject to deportation from Ukraine.
At the same time having a valid work permit gives a possibility for a foreign citizen to apply to the Ukrainian Embassy in the country of his presence for a Ukrainian working visa (Immigration visa IM-1). Obtaining a working visa, in its turn opens a possibility for a foreign citizen to obtain the right of long-term stay in Ukraine and to get the “temporary stay certificate”.
Price of our service related to obtaining a work permit for a foreign citizen is 2000 grivnas.

The following documents are required for preparation of the application for obtaining work permit for foreign citizen:
1. Original certificate from the tax inspection concerned (certificate "On payment by employer of the taxes and duties prescribed by the legislation” (approved on 06.05.2004 by order №261 of State Tax Administration of Ukraine)). Other forms of certificates are not suitable for this purpose.

2. Notarized copy of the company’s state registration Certificate.
3. Notarized copy of the company’s Statute and Statute agreement (if present).
4. Copy of the employee’s education diploma + its translation to Ukrainian. The translation has to be certified both by stamp of translation bureau and signature of interpreter which did the translation of this document. We assist in organization of such translation for free .
5. Copy of the employee’s passport, used for entering Ukraine, with Ukrainian visa (if present).
6. Copy of valid statistics certificate for the employer company.
7. Copy of the of the employee’s Ukrainian tax identification code. I f the foreign citizen does not have an identification code we assist in obtaining of this document .
8. Original of the payment order confirming payment of the duty for consideration of the employer’s application. Ask a question
